All guests must sign our Tour Release Form at least one month before their tour date. This form includes a non-compete and confidentiality agreement.

Why This Clause is Important

We have invested significant time and effort in building our business, developing relationships, and curating valuable relocation insights. The information shared on our tour is for your personal and private use only.

What This Means for You

By signing the Tour Release Form, you agree that:

🚫 You cannot use the information from our tour to start a competing business.

🚫 You cannot write a book, blog, or guide about relocating to Panama based on our tour content.

🚫 You cannot share, distribute, or disclose our proprietary trade secrets or confidential information to third parties.

During the tour, you will receive exclusive, insider knowledge to assist with your personal relocation journey. In return, we ask that you respect the confidentiality of this information.
