Non-Compete Agreement

You must sign our Tour Release Form at least one month before your tour date. This form includes a restriction of competition / non-compete clause.

We have worked hard to build this business and establish contacts and relationships. We share this information with our tour guests exclusively for their own personal and private use. You are not allowed to come on a tour, then start a competing business, write a book about relocating to Panama, or distribute the information we give you. Each tour guest will be provided with proprietary trade secrets and confidential data during the tour. Each tour guest must agree to retain said information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
