Photography & Video During the Tour: What to Expect
As part of the tour registration process, all guests are required to sign our Tour Release Form, which includes permission for Panama Relocation Tours to take photographs and record videos during the tour.
While this is a standard part of our process, it’s important to know that we are always respectful of our guests’ privacy and take very few photos or videos in practice. The release is simply in place so we’re covered in case we do.
Here’s what you can expect:
Group Photos
Occasionally, we may take a group photo during the tour. If this happens, it will always be announced in advance, so any guest who prefers not to be in the photo can choose to step aside.
Candid Shots
We may occasionally capture candid moments of guests enjoying the experience. If a guest sees a camera and prefers not to be included, they are always welcome to move aside. If someone appears in a photo or video and would like it removed, they can contact us, and we will take it down promptly.
Where Photos May Appear
Some photos may be shared on our website, social media pages (such as Facebook), or other promotional materials. We do not tag guests in photos, and any content shared is selected carefully and respectfully.
Opting Out
Guests who do not want to appear in any photos or videos at all are encouraged to notify their tour guide on the first day of the tour. We will make every effort to honor these preferences throughout the trip.
Photos Taken by Other Guests
Please note that other guests on the tour may take their own photos or videos for personal use. Panama Relocation Tours does not have control over this content, so we ask all participants to be mindful and respectful of each other’s preferences.
If you have any further questions or concerns about photography and video during the tour, feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to help!
