What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed and I Miss the Airport Shuttle at PTY?

If you request our airport shuttle service from Tocumen International Airport (PTY) to our group hotel in Panama City, our driver will wait up to 1 hour after your scheduled arrival time.

In some cases, if your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, the driver may still be at the airport, and you may still be able to connect with them. However, this is not guaranteed.

If you arrive more than 1 hour after your scheduled arrival time and the driver is no longer at the pick-up point, you will need to take a taxi or Uber to the group hotel. Taxis and Ubers are available at Tocumen International Airport.
