Sending Us Your Travel Plans / Guest Details Form

To prepare for your arrival and ensure your trip goes smoothly, we need the following information for each person in your party at least one month before your tour check-in day:

• contact information
• passport information
• emergency contact information
• international flight details

Once you have all of this information for each person in your party, please submit it to us using our Guest Details Form.

A link to our Guest Details Form was emailed to you immediately after you made your reservation. If you can't find it, please contact us and we'll email you a new link.
