What to Pack

Our advice is to pack light and casual. Here is a suggested packing list:

• 2 pairs of shorts
• 2 pairs of jeans
• 2 to 3 short sleeve shirts
• 2 to 3 long sleeve shirts
• Swimsuit
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Light rain jacket
• Hat for sun protection
• Small umbrella
• 4 to 5 pair of underwear & socks

Laundry service will be available on Wednesday morning during your tour.

All of the hotels we stay at will provide soap and shampoo. Other toiletry items (toothpaste, deodorant, sunscreen, etc): You can pack these, or alternatively, you can buy them after you arrive in Panama. Buying in Panama will help you to avoid the TSA liquids restrictions.
