Making a Reservation
We require a deposit of $500 USD per person to make a reservation. To pay the deposit go to our Book a Tour page, select the tour you would like to reserve, enter your name, then click the Pay Now button. Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We do not accept reservations over the phone.
The remaining balance for your tour will be due one month before your tour date. Per our refund policy, all payments received are fully refundable if you cancel at least one month before your tour.
Also, at least one month before your tour date, you will need to:
- Send us your passport information and international flight details using our Guest Details Form
- Sign our Tour Release Form / Waiver
